An eSIM is a digital SIM installed on a compatible phone. A physical SIM is a removable card. Choose the option your device supports during checkout.
Prepare for eSIM
Confirm your phone is unlocked and supports eSIM. Connect to Wi-Fi and follow the installation instructions provided after your order. Do not share activation QR codes. Availability and activation time depend on device compatibility and network provisioning.
Physical SIM delivery
If you need a physical SIM, review the delivery address, shipping options and any delivery charge in checkout. Wait until your SIM arrives before following activation instructions. Contact support for a replacement SIM or delivery assistance.
Review the total
Plan prices do not include taxes and fees. Any applicable taxes, fees, activation, SIM or delivery charges are calculated and shown in your order total before payment. Your plan renews every 30 days after activation.
